District Survey Executive (Art & Cultural Students)

💰 ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month + travel/field allowance + per-survey incentive 📈 0–2 years; freshers with good local knowledge welcome 👥 11 vacancyies
BKRTC is hiring District Survey Executives to conduct door-to-door surveys identifying students and enthusiasts interested in art and cultural education (dance, music, drama, fine arts) within their district. This is a field role that builds BKRTC's local database and student outreach pipeline, reporting to the District Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Visit households, schools and localities door-to-door within the assigned district
Identify and record students/individuals interested in art & cultural training
Collect accurate contact details, age, interest area and education level via survey form/app
Explain BKRTC's programs and affiliated academies to interested families
Submit daily survey data and visit reports to the District Coordinator
Meet weekly household/lead-collection targets
Maintain courteous, professional conduct while representing BKRTC in the field
