Evaluated by a jury panel of senior artists, professors, art historians, cultural & education experts, and NGO/CSR representatives, with final oversight by the BKRTC Governing Body.
- Applicants must genuinely fall under one of the eligible categories and meet the requirements of the specific award applied for.
- All information and documents submitted must be true and accurate to the best of the applicant's knowledge — সকল তথ্য সত্য হতে হবে।
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage will lead to immediate rejection or cancellation of the application — মিথ্যা তথ্য দিলে আবেদন বাতিল হবে।
- BKRTC's decision at every stage of screening, verification, jury evaluation, and final approval is final and binding — BKRTC-এর সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত।
- Submitted documents and application fees (if applicable) are non-transferable; fees, once paid, are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
- Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for field verification, an interview, or additional documents — cooperation is expected at every stage.
- Winning an award does not guarantee any future funding, employment, or endorsement from BKRTC beyond the recognition itself.
- BKRTC reserves the right to modify award categories, criteria, deadlines, or the evaluation process at any time without prior notice.
- Digital certificates and any award letters issued are the property of BKRTC and may carry a QR code for public verification of authenticity.
- By submitting an application, the applicant/organization agrees to be featured (name, photo, and a brief profile) in BKRTC's award ceremony materials and promotional publications, unless they explicitly request otherwise in writing.
